Hospital For Special Care Equipment Exchange   Map
Managed and staffed by volunteers, the Special Care Equipment Exchange provides, at no charge, used durable medical equipment and supplies that have been donated to Hospital for Special Care (HSC) for community members in need. Operated by HSC Volunteer Services, the program seeks donations of used durable medical equipment and supplies, refurbishes the items, and gives them to those in need. Surplus equipment is donated to other charitable causes, including area churches/synagogues that supply other countries with medical equipment. This expensive equipment, not always covered by insurance, is available free-of-charge.
